Agile20 Reflect Festival; A journey from Waterfall, RUP, Lean, Agile to SAFe®

After a ten-year stint as a programmer, Dean Leffingwell spent four decades building companies designed to help software teams and customers meet their goals. As an entrepreneur, CEO, methodologist, author, coach, and willing critics’ foil, he has encountered nearly every trending development method, management philosophy, and business strategy. During this session, Dean will share some of his most memorable career experiences (highlights and lowlights), as well as lessons learned from this accumulation of knowledge that he is still trying to make sense of.

At the core of this presentation will be his perspective on the Agile Manifesto, and how it continues to significantly influence his work in applying Lean-Agile methods at enterprise scale with SAFe.
