Maël Rieussec, President, Member of the Board since February 2014

Currently Agile Practice Leader at Alithya, I have over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, including more than a dozen as Scrum Master and Agile Coach. I have supported dozens of teams in delivering value for clients working in various business fields, such as mobile payment, banking, health, telecoms, mass distribution, transport, media, etc. I have also actively participated in Agile transformations at different levels. I am recognized for my values, my commitment, my leadership, my communication skills and my ability to adapt to different contexts.

My main focus is customer satisfaction. I personally believe that it is achieved by happy individuals, technically competent, and evolving in a psychologically safe environment, as well as by a real understanding of the needs, as well as a transparency and a flexibility of spirit in the execution. I have an interest in empirical and pragmatic approaches, operational efficiency, quality and technical excellence, which allows me to rally different trades within a team and promote collaboration in achieving objectives.

Currently Scrum Master and agile practice community responsible at Alithya, I have accumulated 20 years of positions in information technology. I like to do things well in a fun and safe environment and I always have the desire to improve in my head. I love the human side of being a Scrum Master. I'm a team player first and foremost.
